Vance's LUV east of Tramway

UPDATE: Better scan of this photo.
This is it. The real life Chevy LUV getting some air. I'll let Vance tell this story.

    This was my '76 Chevy Luv coming back to the ground after a short flight. Rick and I were still trying to get our timing down to capture the tires all the way off the ground. Note the ding in the center of the hood, that from me driving through Alans dads garage door. My truck was two days old and I nailed the garage door handle dead center. If this truck could talk. The McDonalds straws that Ginny made into curly little strands are swinging from the rear view mirror. The straws are flying one way and my hair flying in the other direction. The "Sun City Truckers" tag on the front was the so-called start to a club that Lester and I were going to start. *See the Magical Mystry Van blog for Lesters van photo. This photo was taken where there are now houses east of Tramway. Rick and I were probably on our way to "UTK" of "Tridents Hole" for a doobie break. More later...

    Oh yeah! Tridents Hole. I'd forgotten about that one. IIRC, that is now the location of a water tower and a catchment basin. You've got to walk most of the way there now, which is good, because we all need the exercise now.

    I'll post a google map of the scene.
