Interview with Larry King...

Tonight we are talking to Rick and Vance, they have a blog site that is sweeping the globe. They call it "The Moonpie Chronicles". I've seen the blog, it's funny, I like the photos, some of them are racey. Let's start with the creator, Rick.

LK: Rick, you like the blog thing, right?
R: Sure Larry. It's an escape...
LK: I saw 'er a Moonpie Chronicles t-shirt in the airport last week, the kids love them.
R: like I was saying, the time I get to spend on Moonpie is ......
LK: What about the parents? Do the parents like this stuff?
R:...I don't know if the parents...
LK: The Pie is harmless, right? No harm no foul I say. Right?
R:..sure, it's all in fun and Vance and I just..
LK: You have a..
R: If you interrupt me one more time Larry, I'm going punch you in the throat!
LK: Anderson Cooper at the top of the hour with world news. Let's turn to Vance. Vance manages the blog on the opposite coast from Rick. Vance, how long have you two been doing "The Moonpie Chronicles"?
V: Do you paint your bald spot Larry?
LK: Thats all the time we have for these two crazy guys. Remember, "The Moonpie Chronicles" is just a click away. This blogging thing, it's fun , right?

Payday...

Today was pay day and I'm alittle pissed off. I got shorted $11.00 from my pay because of snow days. I guess $687,000.00 will have to do for the weekend.

Dig it....1974

Women knew what they wanted in those days....made for some rowdy times....

Most people were worried to death they wouldn't get gas on the "odd-even" day system..

But music kept everybody jammin' right along no matter what was happening....

For those who don't know whats going on with the last photo: ELP- is Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

And "Pie's" does not mean 'Moonpie Chronicals" , this should be a referance to the band Humble Pie.

And Cat is Cat Stevens before he hated America and wanted to be a terrorist and foresake all of his music and then 10 years later being dirty, unkept and broke....he decided he really did like America and money and all that shit, go figure. I actually had at least 2 of his albums and liked his sound.

I know nothing of Captian Beefheart....only the name is the precurser to "Meatloaf".

Jamie McMurray wins Daytona 500...

Jamie McMurray won the Daytona 500 in the longest race in history of the event. The track was 'red flagged' twice to fix potholes in the track. Long but good race...those mofo's were flying.

Happy Valentins Day....

So today is the day to be with your loved one. Your boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, husband or significant 'other'. Is this even a real 'holiday'? Somebody explain to me the meaning of St. Valentines Day. I don't really get it. All I know is if you go to the department stores this last week, there are a tone of sexy bras, teddy's and thongs at the end of every isle. This is good. You see all the TV ads for diamonds and shit for the ladies.....where is the TV ad for a wife buying her husband lap dance?

I'm not down on Valentines Day, I guess I just don't get it.

O.K., I did buy the wife roses, nice chocolates and the ever important card. I'm good to go.
