And, of course, skateboarding was big in the mid-70s

It was the second resurgence of what is now a ubiquitous sport.

And 10-speed bicycling was also popular. Even to this day I find it to be stimulating.

Part of today's ongoing series of photos and art we didn't do ourselves. We just want to set the mood.

  1. The skateboarder will recieve a 9.5 scorecard for her efforts, and heres why. First you will notice the different colored wheels on the board, very cool. Second, the use of safety gloves is not only a safe practice but adds alittle fashions statement as well. Third, she's a team player as is evident by the fact that she and her skateboarding partner are wearing matching Vans, (bonus points for this). Fourth, no visable tan lines, EXCELLANT! A true boarder must take all these little things and incorporate them for the "Total package".The garden is groomed but the grass is not cut so short as to burn the lawn in high heat. (landscapers notice this attention to detail). The only thing that would propel this boarder to a perfect 10 is if she was doing this in MY driveway! Nice use of the Dorathy Hamil haircut as well.

That includes saying you like our blog and it's thought-provoking (which we know is a lie) and here's a link to your blog. Basically, if you link post a link to a for-profit site without the express written consent of me or the Big Vance-a-rino, I'll delete your comment and you'll look like an ass or I'll mock you mercilesly for being a dork.
