Jack LaLanne. Man, I remember watching this dude (along with his dog, Happy, and his wife Elaine) on TV when I was a kid in Canada. He's been around forever. People kind of made fun of him for being such a health freak and all, but he revolutionized how we take care of ourselves. If it hadn't have been for those damned jumpsuits he wore, he probably would have reached a younger audience. But this cat was the real deal, and exercised every day, right up until his death. A while back, he joked that he couldn't die because it would ruin his reputation.
