Chili-heads, a rare breed....

William and I opened this Chilis in Virginia 25 years ago. We were two cooks from different lands. I had just come from New Mexico and William was from the Gold coast of Africa. We became instant friends as we knew no one else. Janet and I ventured back to the Commonwealth (remind me to never live in a State that dosen't call themselves a State) of Virginia several months back and William and I had a small reunion at the Chilis. William and his wifes children are in College and William is now an Airline employee at Reagan National Airport in the District of Columbia. (Another weird place that isn't called a State). Good times....

Spam and rudeness will not be tolerated. We're here to have a few grins, and if you can't abide, move along. Did I mention Spam? Because if I didn't, here it is. NO SPAM!! That includes saying you like our blog and it's thought-provoking (which we know is a lie) and here's a link to your blog. Basically, if you link post a link to a for-profit site without the express written consent of me or the Big Vance-a-rino, I'll delete your comment and you'll look like an ass or I'll mock you mercilesly for being a dork.
