'Lil Rickey Pilkerton was ready when Punxsutawney Vance came out of his hole today. The 4 year old loaded his .38 and put his boots on for the dramatic hunt. Grandma had stitched a new cap for the little chap just for this event.
Punxsutawney Vance emerged for his hole at 7:32 a.m. today and was promptly shot 3 times by little Rickey. Vance made one last wave to the crowd with is middle finger extended.Rickey exclaimed, "got that groundhog wearing the Tyrolia ski jacket and Landscaping ball cap, fleece gloves and roaming in a pile of magnolia trees!" Rickey stood there and smiled.
