Baltimore Indy car race...big success

Will Powers drove to an amazing Victory in Baltimore's first Indy car Grand Prix.

The stage was set, the crowds were massive and the weather was perfect. There was only one problem with the race, they wouldn't let me enter my race car. Something about my car not passing the Tech Inspection. Hells bells man, my stuff is as good or better than these high class automotive open wheel super cars!

I was so pissed off that I took to the streets of Baltimore (much to the dismay of local law enforcement) and drove straight to Polock Johnny's for a brew and a brawt. Nothing like an ice cold Natty Bo on Labor day weekend, hon.

Feeling good today..feel like singing..

Dang. We've gone video crazy here lately....

Yesterday was a rough day, and, despite it being a Thursday, we got a little more into our cups than needed. Nonetheless, a good time was had be all. And I drove my son's battery powered 4-wheeler into the street.

Good times.

BTW, that whole weight limit they post on there? Pshshshht! Don't mean nothin'. Unless of course you're trying to get it back up the driveway.

Earthquake....yeh, I fu-ked it!

When at work and a earthquake comes by....ya know, just go with it.

Why I don't ride...

I pretty much pissed myself - twice! - just watching this video. I don't need that kind of excitement in real life. This video depicts a 25 mile ride played out in six-and-a-half realtime minutes through Moscow traffic.

You can watch it on Youtube for the fullscreen effect too.

Robert Plant....

Janet and I have this album....oh sorry, CD of Robert Plant and Alison Krauss and the tunes are great. The guy has unlimited talent and longevity.

There is no end to the awards this cat has earned over the years...

From his "humble" beginnings with Led Zepplin to his music today, Robert Plant receives the "Moonpie Chronicles" award for excellence.

Rock on dude, you are a true legend and thanks for the memories.

Back in the day...

Rick and I used to go to all our friends weddings.........in style!

The women were refined and classy as hell....

Rick and I never missed a chance to go for a swim and a couple of beers....

All finished off with a good game of toilet shoes...

I mean, really, what could be more fun?
