Back in the day...

Rick and I used to go to all our friends weddings.........in style!

The women were refined and classy as hell....

Rick and I never missed a chance to go for a swim and a couple of beers....

All finished off with a good game of toilet shoes...

I mean, really, what could be more fun?

This blog is by two high school friends - now in their 50s - who've reconnected. We examine the years 1975 through 1985-ish... along with some of what's going on today and, perhaps most importantly, some out and out blatant lies. Here's a little slice of life along Route 66.
