Hanging out in Alan's Basement

My mom brought me this old photo the other day. We used to all hang out in Alan Schactner's basement, shoot pool, play Pong, and give each other tattoos.

This blog is by two high school friends - now in their 50s - who've reconnected. We examine the years 1975 through 1985-ish... along with some of what's going on today and, perhaps most importantly, some out and out blatant lies. Here's a little slice of life along Route 66.
