Ya hear that.....it's almost October....

The fall Ales are about to surround us and Octoberfest is right around the corner. Praise be. Cool weather, beer, busty women and what not.....who dosen't like October? Rick and I have been known to hoist a few drafts in our day and won many free drinks for cheering the band the loudest.

    I so totally miss Octoberfest. Our local version of it, aka the Balloon Fiesta has been sponsored forever by Warsteiner Beer, giving it an Oktoberish feel.

    Now it's sponsored by Dos Equis. The third most boring beer in the world after Budweiser and... FOURTH! Fourth most boring beer after Budweiser, Coors Light, and Corona.

    Also, not the HB logo on the mug this buxom lass is tipping. That's from the esteemed Hofbrau Haus in Munich. Been there. Done that. Woke up in a ditch outside of town with no recollection of how I got there.
